Those aren't problems, those are lifestyle issues that you are unwilling to resolve any other way. I work in, and have worked in, many different large offices. Very few of them "often" need to run out at lunch.

Why do you need to stop at the store so frequently? We shop at the big store once every 3 weeks, and stop weekly at the small local store for perishables.
