How is a trip to the doctor on the way home from work different from a trip to the doctor over lunch (my doctor is not on the way, it is about a mile in the other direction). And is your mbutt transit system going to take me from work to go to the doctor, then from the doctor to my kid's school, then to my house, all on my schedule? If not, sorry, I'm not taking it.

And when I mail my package, maybe I can just force it into the disk drive and hope it finds its way to the correct IP address, pops out intact, and gets delivered. Sigh.

Again, that makes no sense. My 'big box' is local, more local than any smaller stores, and way cheaper. As far as I know, my car's gas mileage does not change based upon the size of the store I am going to, so I suspect that this is another of those politically correct notions that somehow shopping at efficient stores is "wrong", while shopping at the less efficient ma-and-pa stores is "right".
