How many insurgents does it take to steal 400 tons of explosives? That's almost a million pounds of explosives. Think about it. Does it make sense that this much activity would go unnoticed?
The movement of 400 tons of explosives would have required dozens of heavy trucks and equipment moving along the same roadways that U.S. combat divisions occupied continually for weeks prior to and subsequent to the US Army's arrival at the facility.
Kerry suggests that the US Army is so incompetent and stupid that they wouldn't notice 400 tons of explosives being moved by the enemy behind their own lines! And then he blames George Bush for the whole problem. This makes no sense at all!!
