1. Even the broadest and earliest definition of "microwave" set the lowest limit at 0.3 centimeters wl, or 1GHz. No microwave signal operates at 17.6Hz, though a microwave carrier could be amplitude-modulated with a 17.6Hz signal, just as it could be modulated with 200Hz (the fundamental of my speaking voice). Your references suggest that Tetra supports UK's GSM cellular systems, which operate at 900MHz and 1800MHz (mine is Vodafone) and emergency services (similar frequency bands - but unlikely to be below 500MHz - article says O2). 2. "Similar to brain waves" is wrong. The system operates at GSM. The pulsing may be at 17.6Hz, but there is no evidence that the pulsing (amplitude changes - not frequency changes) excites tissue. Tissue is most excited at about 2.45GHz, the freq at which a typical counter microwave oven does its stuff because hydrogen (in water) is resonant there. 3. Putting the Rifat article ("Mbutt UK Mind Control") on the Tetra list sure adds enormous credibility to everything else there! Until I saw that, I was beginning to have doubts (obviously created when the suspicion-stifling signal leaked from England to New York).
The only data I've seen that found evil and hazard in these antenna threats always began with the buttumption that they must be dangerous because those antennas look threatening. In fact, some cell antennas and radar antennas produced symptoms among nearby complaining residents long before the systems were activated! But since this particular topic is so close to my heart (and my pacemaker!) both literally and figuratively, I'll do some more checking around.
